Mountains and Canyons

 

One of the things that drew us to this area was its varied geological features. This area offers mountains, canyons, an oasis(or two), a ghost town, hundreds of miles of trails to explore and much more. 

While a flat lot is easier to develop, I prefer a property with a bit more character. Laughing Burro Ranch has plenty of flat areas but also this lovely canyon, a few plateaus and lots of small hills and valleys. 

As we plan the layout of the ranch, we are looking at ways to incorporate our off-the-grid structures into the landscape to ensure they add to the beauty of the ranch, not mar it.
